How ordering works

From first enquiry to invoice

Nothing is bought on this site. Every job starts with a conversation and a written quotation, and payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice.

  1. Send an enquiry

Use the contact page to tell us about your studio, the type of programme and the dates you have in mind. A few lines on crew size and existing equipment are enough to begin.

  2. Talk it through

We discuss your set, schedule and any constraints by phone or e-mail, and where useful we arrange a visit to the studio. This helps us scope the work accurately before any price is given.

  3. Receive a written quotation

We send a quotation setting out what is included, the price in pounds sterling and what could change it, such as extra days or additional equipment. You can ask questions before you decide.

  4. Confirm in writing

When you are happy, confirm the quotation by e-mail and we agree dates. Cancellations and changes at this stage follow our payment and refund policy, which is set out on its own page.

  5. Pay by invoice

After confirmation we issue an invoice, payable by bank transfer to the account shown on it. The work goes ahead to the agreed plan, and any approved changes are added to the invoice in writing.
